As a volunteer organization we will answer queries as best we can. However we are not in a position to recommend singers or choruses for specific events. You should contact the individual chorsuses listed on the site who can better respond to you. Below is a list of people who can be contacted with specific questions about Consortium business.

Question on Dues - Treasurer... > Christine Hoffman is the treasurer and deals with income and expenses. Contact her if you have a question about the status of your dues payment or anything else dealing with income or expenditures on the part of the Consortium.
Membership,Benefits, Consortium Procedures or Bylaws - Secretary ... > Erkia Rohrbach is the secretary and the keeper of the bylaws on how we operate. Any question concerning joining, member benefits, procedures or the bylaws should be directly to her. She also maintains the internal membership data and list of email contacts.
Press ... > Creates and sends out weekly press releases to more than 400 outlets during the Sing New York festival. Maintains the press lists and responds to any press enquiries about the festival or the Choral Consortium and also works closely with the marketing group to help promote the activities of the Consortium.
Marketing ... > Deals with printed and electronic promotional materials, ideas for promoting NYCC and Sing New York to the intended audience, logos and branding issues. She maintains the website and creates the weekly/monthly email promotions of Consortium member concerts.
Fundraising ... > Richard Pace is in charge of raising funds from outside corporations and sponsors so that we can help to make choral music more visible to the general public and help build our audiences through a variety of activities.
Repertoire for the Big Sing! ... > Deborah King and her committee works on repertoire for the Big Sings each year as well as those conducting during the event. Her committee creates the PDF for download by singers.
Internal Consortium Calendar ... > Mary Braunsdorf maintains the internal calendar of choral events that are happening throughout the five boroughs. This is not a public calendar and includes as many choral events, their dates and repertory. It is to aid in planning in order to avoid duplication of dates and repertoire among consortium members
Venues or arrangements for the Big Sing! ... > Vince Peterson finds venues for various Consortium activities, negotiate contracts and deals with the details of getting it to work.
